1. No Physical Shipping
VAPTIC provides online cybersecurity training. Every product we sell — the Lab Explorer subscription, the Full Course, and college workshops — is delivered entirely over the internet.
There are no shipping charges, no delivery addresses to enter, and no tracking numbers. Any address we collect is for invoicing and tax records only.
2. How Access Is Delivered
Delivery happens through your VAPTIC account. Once your payment is confirmed by our payment gateway, your account is upgraded automatically and the purchased material appears on your dashboard when you log in.
- You receive a confirmation email at your registered address.
- Your dashboard shows the modules included in your plan.
- Locked modules unlock progressively as you pass the knowledge check for each preceding module.
- Lab guides are provided as PDFs viewable inside the platform.
- For the Full Course, live class joining links and batch schedules are shared by email and in the platform.
3. Delivery Timelines

4. Lab Provisioning
Your lab is a real cloud machine, created for you when you start a session and destroyed when it ends. Because it is built fresh rather than left running, the first launch takes longer than you may expect.
- The first provisioning of your Kali Linux environment can take up to 20 minutes. This is normal, not a fault.
- Lab access is limited to one session per day, up to three hours, on the Lab Explorer plan.
- The machine is destroyed when the session ends or when you click "End Lab".
- Anything saved inside a lab machine is lost when the session ends. Keep your notes, scripts and findings on your own computer.
5. Duration of Access
- Lab Explorer: 30 days from the date of successful payment, renewing monthly until cancelled.
- Full Course: three months of live classes, with lifetime access to the recordings of your batch's sessions.
- College Workshops: lab access for the duration of the workshop only — one or two days as booked.
Access ends when the paid period ends. We do not automatically extend access, and no lifetime or multi-year access is offered on the Lab Explorer plan.
6. What You Need
The point of VAPTIC is that you do not need a powerful laptop. You do need:
- Any modern browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, kept reasonably up to date.
- A stable internet connection. The lab is a remote desktop in your browser, so connection quality affects how smooth it feels.
- A device with a keyboard. The labs are usable on a tablet but genuinely comfortable on a laptop or desktop.
No installation, no virtual machine, and no minimum RAM on your own device.
7. If Access Does Not Arrive
If you have paid and your access has not appeared within 30 minutes, please contact us rather than paying again.
- First, log out and log back in — this refreshes your account status.
- Check the spam folder for your confirmation email.
- If it is still missing, email info@vaptic.com with your registered email and the payment reference, or call +91 98499 82801.
We will either activate your access or refund you in full once we can verify the payment. Please do not attempt a second payment — if you have already been charged twice, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
